妊娠期妇女睡眠呼吸特点

孕期良好睡眠对孕母和胎儿的健康有着很重要的保护作用。近年来，对孕期各阶段的睡眠质量和影响因素逐渐研究得更加具体和量化，对不同孕期进行单独观察和干预成为研究热点。基于国内外对孕中期主观睡眠质量的研究结果，本文对孕中期睡眠质量现状及影响因素的研究进展，分别从人口学因素、心理因素和其他三个方面进行阐述。很多证据表明，应当抓住孕中期这个关键阶段，对孕妇的睡眠质量进行干预和调节，探索孕妇教育和社区支持的双重干预模式等方法，提升孕妇睡眠质量，以改善胎儿出生结局。

Sleep patterns in late pregnancy and risk of preterm birth and fetal growth restriction

Good sleep quality during pregnancy plays a very important role in health of mothers and fetus.Around the world, the quality and influencing factors of sleep during each trimester of pregnancy were also studied more specifically and quantitatively.It is an inevitable trend to observe and intervene separately in different trimesters of pregnancy.Based on the results of research on the subjective sleep quality in the second trimester of pregnancy both at home and abroad, this paper mainly studies the influencing factors on the quality of sleep during the second trimester of pregnancy, mainly focusing on the social demographic, psychological and other factors.The second trimester is a key stage to prevent and adjust sleep quality of pregnant women.Dual approaches of education for pregnant women and community support should be explored to enhance their sleep quality, thereby improving the outcome of fetal birth.
