高通量透析对维持性血液透析患者全身状况的影响

目的 评价高通量透析对维持性血液透析患者的伞身状况及各种并发症的影响.方法 对中途转入我院血液透析中心32例患者使用高通量膜透析器,观察患者一般身体状况及各种并发症的改善,观察时间为半年.结果 32例患者自我感觉明显改善(100%),各种并发症均得到纠正或改善.结论 全身状况明显改善,高磷血症等并发症均得到有效控制.

Effect of high flux hemodialysis on patient' s general physical conditions and various complications

Objective Evaluation the impact of high-flux hemodialysis on maintenance hemodialysis patient's general physical conditions and various complications. Methods 32 patients who attracted from other hospitals into our dialysis center for treatment was choose by using high-flux dialyzer membranes and to be observed the general physical condition and various complications improvements in six months. Results 32 patient's well-being were significantly improved, accounting for 100%, all complications have been cor rected or improvedo Conclusion All patient's general conditions improved significantly. Hyperphosphatemia and other complications have been effectively controlled.
