国产辛伐他汀的调血脂作用临床分析

目的观察国产辛伐他汀京必舒新的调血脂作用。方法将124例高脂血症患者随机分为京必舒新组60例和舒降之组64例。两组患者每日早餐后分别口服京必舒新、舒降之各10mg，用药4周及8周时检测患者血清总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）。结果京必舒新组与舒降之组患者用药4周及8周与本组用药前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论国产辛伐他汀京必舒新调血脂作用疗效肯定，与进口产品舒降之比较疗效相同。

The Lipid-regulating Effects of Domestic Simvastatin in Patients with Primary Hyperlipidemia

Objective To investigate the effects of domestic simvastatin on lipid metabolism in patients with primary hyperlipidemia. Methods Sixty and 64 patients with primary hyperlipidemia were randomly assigned into domestic simvastatin group （ n = 60） and imported simvastatin group （ n = 64） by lots - drawing. They were given domestic and imported simvastatin respectively, 10mg, qd for 8weeks. Serum level of total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, hydensity lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C） were measured at the ends of 4 and 8 weeks of the trial period. Results Four and 8 weeks after administration of domestic simvastatin, TC was decreased by 23.4% and 28.9%, TG was decreased by 21.5% and 29.4%, HDL - C was increased by 11.8% and 15.7%. No difference was obsereved between the effects of the domestic and imported simvastatin on lipid metabolism in parients with primary hyperlipidemia. Conclusion Domestic simvastatin has satisfactory lipid - regulating effects similar to those of imported simvastatin.
