Objective To achieve the early popularity of computer-based medical record, automatic check and compensation of medical insurance system on the Internet in all of the countrymen. Methods We explore developmental trend of computer-based medical record, the existing problems and effective solving methods of present computer-based medical record and medical insurance system. Results Enhance legal system in computer-based patient record, management of generation quality and network security management, the medical insurance compensation online could reduce the medical costs of patients, which could provide convenient, safe, and efficient information services to the community.
