| 摘 要： | 目的 对DYS712基因座的基因多态性和法医学意义进行研究. 方法 山西汉族人群中随机筛选110例无关男性,抽取静脉血提取DNA,对其筛选的等位基因测序,构建等位基因分型标准物;按照ISFG(国际法医遗传学会)原则命名各等位基因. 结果 本研究首次选择了Y染色体基因座DYS712,为4核苷酸复杂重复STR.重复单位为:[AGAT] [A-GAC].在110例山西汉族无关男性个体血样中共检出了6个等位基因:20、21、22、23、24和25.基因频率分别为0.027 3,0.190 9,0.318 2,0.263 6,0.154 5,0.045 5.基因多样性为0.773 2,在法医学应用方面,其个人识别能力(DP)和非父排出率(PE)均为0.773 2. 结论 新Y染色体基因座DYS712具有较高的遗传多态性,在法医学及人类遗传学方面具有较高应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the gene polymorphism of a locus DYS712 and its significance in forensic medicine.
