| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中西医结合治疗中风后抑郁临床疗效。[方法]治疗组辨证分型后使用中药汤剂合氟西汀,对照组单纯用西药氟西汀治疗。[结果]治疗组痊愈10例,显效25例,好转5例,无效10例。明显优于对照组。[结论]中西医结合治疗中风后抑郁疗效确切。

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To observe the combination of TCM with western medicine treatment of post stroke depression. [ Method] Treatment group, differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome after the use of traditional chinese medicine decoction combined fluoxetine, control group were treated with fluoxetine western medicine. [ Results ] Treatment group, recovery 10 cases, apparent 25 cases, improvement 5 cases, avoidance 10 cases. Much better than the control group. [ Conclusion] The combination of TCM with western medicine treatment of post stroke depression, definite effect. |
