重组合异种骨的临床应用

【目的】探讨重组合异种骨(RBX)在良性骨肿瘤和骨瘤样变术后骨残腔中的应用情况,并且与自体骨移植进行比较,进一步来评价RBX的应用价值。【方法】通过对21例良性骨肿瘤和骨瘤样变患者,其中RBX组15例,自体骨移植组6例,行病灶清除,植入RBX和自体骨于残腔中,观察患者的一般情况和成骨情况,并进行比较。【结果】RBX具有较强的诱导成骨的能力,成骨迅速,有利于患者的早期康复。【结论】RBX不失为一种很有价值的植骨材料。在临床上可以根据具体情况灵活运用RBX和自体骨,扬长避短,达到比较满意的临床效果。

Clinical Application of the Reconstituted Bone Xenograft

Objective] To explore the application of the reconstituted bone xenograft (RBX) in residual bone cavity after the operation of the benign bone tumour and osteomabosis, and to compare with the autologous bone graft. Methods] Among 21 benign bone tumour and osteomabosis patients who were operated by focal cleaning,RBX and autologous bone were transplanted into residual bone cavity of 15 patients and 6 patients, respectively. General state and osteoinductive capacity were observed and compared. Results] RBX had highly osteoinductive capacity and could enhance bone formation very rapidly. It was favorable for the patients' early recovery. Conclusion] RBX is proved to be a very valuable bone graft material. RBX or autologous bone can be flexibly used into the clinical therapy according to the concrete condition. We should make the best of their advantages and minimize their drawbacks so that we can gain very satisfactory clinical effect.
