摘    要:回顾了学分制的基本特点,结合宁夏医学院学分制实行的情况,分析了医学教育进行学分制管理存在的问题和解决办法。存在的问题主要是总学时过高,限制了选修课程的设置;课程的系统性限制了学生自由选择修读课程;实践环节控制成为难点等。解决办法有保证各专业基本要求、保证实践环节、保证人文素质课等。

Abstract:We briefly reviewed the features of credit system, and analyzed the problems and solutions of credit system implementation in medical education by relating the credit system in Ningxia Medical College. The major problems were the excessive number of total class hours, limited number of elective courses, systematic medical curriculum that limits students' free choice of elective courses, and difficulty in controlling practice training. To solve the problems, we should guarantee the essential specialty requirements, practice training and courses related to humanistic quality cultivation.
