从护生实习体会分析临床带教缺陷及对策

目的分析临床带教缺陷，有针对性地制定教学管理对策，从而提高教学质量。方法每位同学在每个科室实习结束前，根据自己的实习经历写出实习体会。结果带教缺陷主要集中在师生关系、带教老师专业素质、教学方法、教学技巧、教学环境五个方面。结论通过对护生实习体会的分析，可以针对实际情况制定相应的管理措施，提高教学质量。

analyse the counter-measure and defects of clinical teaching from student nurses

Objective To analyse the defects of clinical teaching from student nurse and work out the counter-measure of teaching management with a clear aim, in order to raise teaching quality. Methods According to the practice experience of one＇s own, Every student nurse writes down practice experience before the end of every departments. Results The defects of clinical teaching concentrate mainly on 5 ways,which are the relation of students and teachers, the professional quality of teachers, the ways of teaching, the skill of teaching, the circumstance of teaching. Conclusion By analysing the practice experience of student nurses, we have better objective understand m teachmg work and work out the management measures according to practical circumstance so that we raise the teaching quality.
