脉压变化对超容量负荷联合压力负荷复制兔心衰模型影响的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨不同的主动脉根部脉压变化程度对超容量负荷联合压力负荷制作家兔心衰模型的影响。方法:该模型采用刺破主动脉瓣使主动脉根部脉压升高来造成超容量负荷,两周后缩窄腹主动脉制造超压力负荷。59只家兔按主动脉根部脉压升高程度的不同分为4组:A组(50%~99%)(n=34),B组(100%~199%)(n=15),C组(200%)(n=4),D组(对照组)(n=6)。8周时行心脏多普勒检测。结果:(I)c组家兔在10周内全部死亡;(2)与D组相比,8周时超声显示A、B组左室收缩末期内径均明显增大,射血分数均显著降低;(3)8周后B组死亡数增加。结论:(1)超容量负荷联合压力负荷复制心衰模型时,脉压增大范围应该控制在50%~200%之间;(2)8周时即可成功复制超容量负荷联合压力负荷的慢性心衰模型。

THE EFFECT OF PULSE PRESSURE CHANGE ON THE VOLUME AND PRESSURE OVERLOAD-INDUCED HEART FAILURE MODEL IN RABBITS

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the extent of pulse pressure changes on the production of rabbit model of heart failure by combined volume and pressure overload. Methods: Fifity-nine rabbits were divided into four groups by different pressure changes:Group A (50%-99%) (n=34), B (100%-199%) (n=15), C(200%) (n=4), D (control group) ( n :6). The aortic valve was punctured,and the level of pulse pressure was matched to each of the required standards. After two weeks, coarctated abdominal aorta to 50%. After 8 weeks, the heart function was detected by Doppler. Results: (1)All rabbits in Group C died in 10 weeks; (2)As compared with Group D, showed that the left ventricular systolic diameter was significantly increased and ejection fraction(EF) was reduced in Groups A and B in 8 weeks; (3) After eight weeks, the number of deaths was increased in Group B. Conclusion: (1)When heart filure was induced by volume and pressure overload in rabbit, the range of augmentation in pulse pressure should be controlled in 50%-200%; (2) Eight echocardiography were enough to induce this model of chronic heart failure.
