64排螺旋CT对小肝癌的诊断分析

目的分析与探讨采用64排螺旋CT对小肝癌进行诊断的CT表现与相关病理特征。方法对本院2008年3月至2011年3月期间收治的30例通过病理检查证实为小肝癌的患者进行64排螺旋CT检查,采用平扫与三期扫描的方式,分别将扫描时间设定为动脉期25秒,门脉期75秒,延迟期为5分钟。对于增强扫描患者使用高压注射器对其进行静脉注射,注射剂量为1.5ml/kg,注射速率为2.5ml/s。将螺旋CT检查结果与病理结果进行对照,并分析64排螺旋CT对小肝癌的诊断意义。结果 92.3%的患者其动脉期CT扫描结果显示肿瘤部位为高密度,而门静脉期则有65.2%的患者肿瘤部位呈现低密度,24.4%的患者呈现高密度。结论采用64排螺旋CT进行平扫与三期扫描,能够有效地反映出小肝癌患者肿瘤部位的血供与其他临床特点,对小肝癌的早期诊断有重要的意义,值得在临床上进行推广与应用。

Analysis of 64 - slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma

Conclusion 64 - slice spiral CT to plain and three scan can effectively reflect the patients with small HCC tumor blood supply and other clinical features,early diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma significance,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
