| 摘 要： | 目的研究分析血清总胆汁酸、前清蛋白测定对原发性肝癌的诊断意义。方法以2011年3月-2012年7月我院收治的原发性肝癌患者38例为实验组,同期在我院进行健康体检者为对照组,两组患者均进行血清总胆汁酸、前清蛋白测定。结果肝癌组患者血清总胆汁酸、前清蛋白均低于健康组患者,经统计学分析,p<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论血清总胆汁酸、前清蛋白在原发性肝癌患者中有显著改变,有助于临床对患者进行早期诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective The study of serum total bile acid,prealbumin determination of primary liver cancer diagnostic significance.Methods March 2011 to July 2012,38 cases of patients with primary liver cancer hospital for the experimental group,in our hospital during the same period,the healthy control group,patients in both groups serum total bile acid,before albumin determination.Results HCC levels of serum total bile acid,prealbumin were lower than healthy patients,the statistical analysis (p <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Serum total bile acids,prealbumin in patients with primary liver cancer has changed significantly contribute to clinical patients for early diagnosis. |
