| 摘 要： | 目的:建立莪丹消癖口服液的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的主要药材进行定性鉴别。结果:用薄层色谱鉴别莪丹消癖口服液中川芎、三七等药材中的有效成分,专属性强,灵敏度高,稳定性好,检出斑点清晰。结论:该方法准确、简便,可用于莪丹消癖口服液的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the quality control standard for Edan Xiaopi Oral Liquid.Methods:The main Chinese herbal medicines in Edan Xiaopi Oral Liquid was identified by TLC.Results:The active ingredients in Panax Notoginseng and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort of Edan Xiaopi Oral Liquid were identified by TLC.The methods is specific,high sensitivity,good stability and detection spots were clear.Conclusion:The methods of TLC identification can be used effectively for the quality control of Edan Xiaopi Oral Liquid. |
