| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT引导下胶原酶(Collagenase)髓核溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理。方法:145例腰椎间盘突出症患者,行椎间盘髓核胶原酶溶解术,依术前、术中及术后护理分别采取不同护理方法。结果:胶原酶髓核溶解术是腰椎间盘突出症一种较好的治疗方法,良好的护理可提高治疗效果,促进患者早日康复。结论:良好的护理可提高胶原酶髓核溶解术疗效。
