| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药复方麝香心痛宁片对冠心病心绞痛(气滞血瘀证)的临床疗效.方法80例冠心病心绞痛(气滞血瘀证)患者随机分为治疗组(麝香心痛宁片组60例)与对照组(心可舒片组20例),观察治疗前后冠心病(气滞血瘀证)患者心绞痛症状、中医证候改善及心电图疗效及血流变情况.结果两组比较差异有统计学意义.结论麝香心痛宁片能有效地改善冠心病心绞痛症状,适用于治疗冠心病心绞痛并能明显改善血液流变学各项指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shexiangxintongning tablet in treating coronary heart disease(CHD)angina pectoris(blood stasis with qi stagnation).Methods 80 cases of angina pectoris(blood stasis with qi stagnation)were randomly divided into test group(60 cases)and control group,Xinkeshu tablet group(20 cases),The changes of symptoms,syndrome improving,electrocardiogram improving,and blood rheology were observed in the angina pectoris patients before and after the treatment.Results There was a significant difference between study group and control group.Conclusions Shexiangxintongning tablet possess the remarkable effect on improving angina pectoris symptoms and syndrome in the angina pectoris patients,and possess marked effect on improving blood rheology. |
