| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾移植术后早期并发肺部感染的危险因素及护理对策。方法采用Logistic回归分析分析2001年4月—2008年5月427例肾移植患者中47例术后早期(≤3个月)并发肺部感染患者的危险因素。结果患者术后外周血淋巴细胞绝对值、术后免疫球蛋白IgG定量值、有无不良生活习惯是影响肾移植患者术后早期发生肺部感染的主要因素,OR值分别为6.354、10.017、11.021。结论为减少肾移值患者术后早期肺部感染的发生,应定期监测患者的免疫抑制情况,加强规范的术后随访工作,通过医院复诊、电话、互联网等方式建立规范的随访登记制度等,以免因不良生活习惯导致肺部感染。
