| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻一期切除吻合术的疗效和可行性。方法：运用术中结肠灌洗对12例左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻患者行一期切除吻合术。结果：12例患者全部达到一期愈合，术后无吻合口瘘发生。结论：使用术中结肠灌流行一期切除吻合术，对治疗左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻疗效好，方法可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect and feasibility of one stage resection and anastomosis for acute obstruction of the left hemicolonic carcinoma.Methods:Twelve patients suffering from left hemicolonic carcinoma with acute obstruction were treated by colonic lavage in operation one stage resection and anastomosis.Results:All the patients healed by first intention and no anastomotic stoma fistula occured.Conclusions:Colonic lavage in operation,one stage resection and anastomosis is an effective and feasible approach for left hemicolonic carcinoma with acute obstruction. |
