生脉注射液辅助治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血临床观察

目的:观察生脉注射液辅助治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血的止血效果、输血量及副作用发生情况。方法:肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者66例,随机分组,治疗组采用生脉注射液辅助垂体后叶素治疗,并以单纯垂体后叶素对照,比较2组的止血率和副作用发生率。结果:治疗组与对照组的止血率分别为46.8%和44.1%,2组相比无显著性差异(P >0.05);副作用发生率18.7%和44.1%,输血量少于对照组,2组对比有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论:生脉注射液辅助治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血不降低止血率,副作用、输血量减少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Esophageal Variceal Bleeding Treated by Sheng-mai Injection Combining with Pituitrin

Objective:To observe hemostatic effect that Shengmai injection combining with pituitrin treat esophageal variceal bleeding in liver.Methods:There are 66 cases which were divided into observation group which were treated with Shengmai injection combining with pituitrin and comparison group randomly.The hemostatic rate and amount of blood transfusion and side effect were compared.Results:The hemostatic rate of two groups were 46.8% and 44.1%,there were not significantly different (P >0.05).The amount of blood transfusion and side effect were less than comparisongroup,there were significantly different between two groups.Conclusion:The side effect and amount of blood transfusion that Shengmai injection combining with pituitrin treat esophageal variceal bleeding is much better than pituitrin alone.
