| 摘 要： | 为了探讨骨形成对牙周炎牙槽骨破坏的影响，作者采用放射免疫分析法，对２０例重度慢性牙周炎和９例快速进展型牙周炎患者的血清骨钙素进行了测定。结果表明：６５．０％的重度慢性牙周炎患者和６６．７％的快速进展型牙周炎患者的血清骨钙素含量均低于正常值。提示牙周炎患者的成骨细胞活性及骨更新能力均比健康人低。表明牙周炎牙槽骨的破坏缺损，不仅是由破骨细胞活跃、骨吸收亢进引起的；而且，成骨细胞活性降低、骨形成减少也是不可忽略的原因之一。

| Abstract: | Toevaluatetheeffectofboneformationonalveolarbonedestructioninperiodontitis,weselected20patientswithseverechronicperiodontitis(CP),and9patientswithrapidlyprogres-siveperiodontitis(RPP).Theirserumosteocalcinwasdeterminedbyradioimmunoassay(RIA).Theserumosteocalcinin65.0%patientswithCPand66.7%patientswithRPPwaslowerthanthatinnormalpersons.Itissuggestedthatosteoblasticactivityandboneformationabilityofperiodontitispatientsarelowerthanthoseofnormalpersons.Thealveolarbonedestructioninperiodontitisre-sultsfromnotonlyincreasedosteoclasticactivityandboneresorptionbutalsodecreasedosteoblasticactivityandboneformation. |
