脑灰质异位症的影像学研究

摘    要:目的:评价MRI和CT对脑灰质异位症的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析7例脑灰质异位症的影像学资料。结果:MRI及CT可清晰显示病变,病灶在CT和MRI中均与正常脑灰质的密度及信号相仿,并可伴有其它神经系统的发育畸形。结论:脑灰质异位症在CT和MRI中均有特征性表现,MRI是诊断本病的最佳影像学方法,特别是MRI中GM -ONLY序列能够使病灶显示更为清晰。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI and CT in gray matter heterotopia.Methods: 7 cases of imaging data of gray matter heterotopia were reviewed and analyzed. Results:Gray matter heterotopia was displayed clearly in MRI and CT. The signal or density of the focuses were the same as the regular gray matter. Gray matter heterotopia might be companioned with other abnormalities. Conclusion: Gray matter heterotopia has certain characteristic CT and MRI signs,MRI is the best imaging diagnostic mathod in gray matter heterotopia, especially the GM-ONLY series in MRI can reveal the focuses better.
