复骨健步片对兔膝关节骨性关节炎组织形态学的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察复骨健步片对兔膝关节骨性关节炎组织形态学的影响.探讨其治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的机制。方法:选用48只新西兰大白兔,随机分为正常组(A组).模型组(B组),壮骨关节丸组(C组)和复骨健步片组(D组),每组12只,造模成功后,在第2、4、6周后每组随机提取4只制备标本,通过关节活动度、X线、光镜及电镜检查相关的组织病理变化。结果:关节活动度比较:D组与同期B、C组比较患膝活动度明显增大(P〈0.05);X线表现:C、D组与B组比较,关节间隙轻微变窄,未见明显骨赘形成;光镜观察:D组软骨表面尚光滑,潮线完整,滑膜未见明显炎性细胞浸润,而同期B、C组无此修复性改变。按Colanbo和Markin的标准进行积分统计表明,D组在第4、6周评分比同期B、C组明显降低,统计学比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。电镜观察:D组软骨细胞成簇增殖肥大,较B组明显改善。结论:复骨健步片具有抗炎、保护和修复关节软骨的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the influence of Fugu Jianbu Tablet (FJT) on histomorphology in rabbits with articular genu osteoarthritis in order to explore its therapeutic mechanism, Methods: Forty--eight New Zealand white rabbits were ran domly divided into group A (normal group), group B (model group), group C (Zhuanggu Guanjie Pill group) and group D (FJT group). There were 12 rabbits in each group. At the 2nd, 4th and 6th week, 4 rabbits in each group were sacrificed for pathological observation via joint range of motion, X-ray, light microscope and electron microscope. Results: Joint range of motion in group D was remarkably larger than that in group B and group C (P〈0.05). Compared with the appearance of X- ray in group B, joint space group C and group D was significantly narrower, and no osteophyma was formed. The appearances under light microscope indicated that cartilage surface was smooth and glossy, tidal line was complete and there was no obvious inflammatory cell infiltration in group D. Meanwhile, there existed no such repair alteration in group B and group C. According to Colanbo and Markin system, the points at the time of 4th and 6th week in group D were significantly lower than that in group B (P〈0.05). The appearances under electron microscope showed that chondrocyte proliferated in cluster in group. Conclusion:FJT can resist inflammation, protect and promote rehabilitation of cartilage.
