摘    要:目的:探讨菖蒲羌活合剂对大鼠实验性脑缺血的作用。方法:用颈总动脉结扎法建立大鼠脑缺血模型,检测中药对大鼠脑缺血的血液流变学指标的影响。结果:用药组的红细胞压积和全血低切粘度明显低于盐水对照组(P〈0.01),凝血酶原和纤维蛋白原指标各组间无明显差别,用药组脑含水量较盐水对照组想比显著降低(P〈0.05)。结论:菖蒲羌活合剂能够降低脑缺血大鼠的红细胞压积及全血低切粘度,改善缺血脑组织的血液循环,对脑

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of Chang-Qiang decoction in the experimental cerebral ischemia rats. Methods: The rat model Of artery cerebral ischemia injury was established by common carotid artery ligation. Hemorheological Properties were investigated and the brain water content (BWC) was measured for all groups. Results:The hematocrit(HCT) and the low shear rate whole blood viscosity (LBV) were significantly lower in Chang-Qiang decoction groups as compared with NS control groups (P < 0.01);Prothrombin time and fibrinogen in all groups have no remarkable difference;The BWC of the Chang-Qiang decoction groups reduced compared with NS control groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Chang-Qiang decoction could reduce HCT and LBV in experimental rats modle; The Observation suggested that Chang-Qiang decoction had the potential roles of Prevention and therapy for promoting blood circulation and alleviate cerebral damage in the cerebal ischemia injury.
