| 摘 要： | 先天性拇指发育不良的治疗是临床治疗的难点。国内外广泛采用骨性手术方法,但疗效欠佳。通过3例临床实践,作者认为软组织手术法优于骨性手术法。本文洋细介绍了软组织手术方法,并讨论了先天性拇指发育不良的分类及手术适应证。

| Abstract: | Some different bony procedures such as opponens bone block and arthro-desis of the carpometacarpal joint of the thumb have long been used for improving the function of the hand in patients with congenital thumb aplasia. The results, however, are not satisfactory. The authors have treated 3 cases with bone and soft tissue procedure respectively. The result of the soft tissue operation is better than the bony operation at follow -up visits 2 years after the operation. |
