| 摘 要： | 生物传感器技术被列为21世纪五大临床检验技术之一,是现代生物学、化学、医学、材料学和电子学等多学科交叉结合的产物。生物传感器具有选择性强、灵敏度高、分析速度快、成本低、无污染、不受批量限制等特点。微型化、集成化和智能化的生物传感器会降低对检验工作环境和技术的要求,减少烦琐操作过程,将被广泛应用于临床检验中。本文阐述了生物传感器的基本原理、分类、在临床检验中的主要应用及其发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The biosensor technology is listed as one of the five biggest Clinical laboratory science technology in the 21st century.The biosensor is the product of the multi-discipline overlapping,such as biology,chemistry, medicine,material and electronics.It is characterized by strong selectivity,high sensitivity,quick analytic speed, the low cost.The microminiaturized,integrated and intel- lectualized biosensor can reduce the request to working condition and technology of the assay,and it can reduce the tedious operating process.So it will be widely applied in the clinical laboratory science.This article elaborated its basic principle,type,application and its development tendency in the Clinical laboratory science. |
