| 摘 要： | 1．对乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)阳性且丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平升高的肝功能代偿期肝病患者，应在开始治疗前3～6个月观察是否有从HBeAg到HBe抗体的自发血清转换(证据Ⅲ级)。
