摘    要:目的 :探讨解脲支原体 (UU)感染对无精子症发生的影响。方法 :对143例无精子症患者进行UU培养和精浆生化分析。结果 :解脲支原体培养阳性率48.95% ;无精子症患者精浆中有较多异常生化代谢物 ;UU感染 ( + )与 ( - )比较 ,果糖、酸性磷酸酶、钙含量有显著性差异 ,均P<0.05。结论 :无精子症病因多 ,UU感染是无精子症的重要病因之一

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of UU infection on azoospermia patients. Methods:UU culture and seminal plasma biochemistry analysis on 143 Azoospermia patients are performed.Results:The positive rate of detection of UU culture was 48.95%.Many abnormal metabolites were occured in seminal plasma from patients with azoospermia and the contents of the fructose,acid phosphatase and Ca2+ in seminal plasma had a significant differences between the positive and negative UU cultures. Conclusion:There are many causes of azoospermia,but one of these important reasons is UU infection.
