| 摘 要： | 以氯高铁血红素为原料，经脱铁、酯化一步得原卟啉二甲酯粗品。该粗品经甲苯处理纯化后，用氢氧化钠皂化得９８％以上纯度的原卟啉钠。总收率９１．５％。

Improved Preparation of Protoporphyrin Disodium |

| Abstract: | An improved preparation of protoporphyrin disodium from hemin is described. Esterification of hemin, while the iron was removed, gave crude protoporphyrin dimethyl ester which was purified in toluene and then saponified by sodium hydroxide. The purity of protoporphyrin disodium obtained was over 98% by HPLC in overall yield of 91.5%. |
