耳甲软骨与人工鼻假体联合植入隆鼻术

目的:探讨耳甲软骨与人工鼻假体联合植入进行隆鼻术的手术方法。方法:在对某些鼻形进行隆鼻时,单纯植入人工鼻假体,往往不能获得自然的美化效果,而且鼻假体外露的发生率也较高。我们将耳甲软骨修剪后与雕刻好的人工鼻假体联合植入隆鼻腔隙,适当固定,使手术效果更加自然,并发症发生率大大减少。结果:2004年5月至2005年4月,笔者使用上述方法为35例就医者行隆鼻术,两年后随访到20例就医者,全部效果满意,无鼻假体外露等并发症发生。结论:将耳甲软骨与人工鼻假体联合植入进行隆鼻术的方法是可行的。

Augmentation rhinoplasty using concha cartilage combined with artificial prosthesis

Objective To investigate the augmentation rhinoplasty method using concha cartilage combined with artificial prosthesis.Methods To some types of nose,augmentation rhinoplasty only with artificial prosthesis could not achieve natural aesthetic effect,and the incidence of postoperative complications such as exposure of prosthesis is high.When the nasal height and length too small and the nasal tip too back,we beautified the nose using concha cartilage combined with artificial prosthesis.Results From 2004,5 to 2005,4,we carried out augmentation rhinoplasty procedure for 35 patients with this method.Two years later,20 patients among them being followed up,all the results were natural and had no major complications.Conclusion Augmentation rhinoplasty using concha cartilage combined with artificial prosthesis is feasible and reliable.
