| 摘 要： | 目的：观察玉米秸垫料用于饲养SD大鼠的安全性。方法：将SD大鼠随机分为玉米秸垫料组、对照组，饲养6个月，测定其血液生化指标，观察实质脏器组织切片。结果：玉米秸垫料对SD大鼠的8种血液生化指标影响不显著（P〉O．05），组织切片观察未见有意义的病理改变。结论：玉米秸垫料在实际应用中是安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety of cornstalk bedding material for SD rat breeding.Methods All SD rats were randomly divided into control group and cornstalk groups.The rats were killed after being raised for 6 months.The blood biochemical indexes were measured,and histopathological examination of a number of organs were performed.Results The eight blood biochemical indexes of SD rats in the two groups were all in normal range and showed no significant difference(P>0.05).No significant pathological changes were observed in the examined organs.Conclusion The cornstalk bedding material can be safely used in SD rat breeding. |
