| 摘 要： | 目的通过对不同产地黄芪中总皂苷含量的比较分析,为新型治疗药物及保健品研制的选材提供科学参考和依据。方法以黄芪甲苷为对照,利用紫外分光光度法测定不同产地黄芪的总皂苷含量。结果不同产地黄芪的总皂苷含量(mg/g)为,山西:3.307;内蒙古:2.386;吉林:2.327;河北:2.098;青海:1.372;陕西:1.183;甘肃:1.013。结论各地黄中总皂苷含量由多到少依次为山西、内蒙古、吉林、河北、青海、陕西、甘肃。
