颅脑损伤患者医院感染性肺炎分析及护理对策

目的：通过分析颅脑损伤患者医院感染肺炎情况及相关因素，制定有效的护理措施，提高颅脑损伤患者生活质量。方法：对３５２例颅脑损伤患者出院病历进行统计学分析。结果：发生院内感染６８例，其中２９例发生院内感染性肺炎，占４２．５６％，与患者住院时间及意识障碍时间密切相关，Ｘ＾２＝４２５．９、Ｘ＾２＝３９０．１１，Ｐ〈０．０５。结论：护理人员应明确预防感染的重要性，加强预防感染措施。

The Nosocomial Infectious Pneumonia and it''''s Nursing Countermeasures in the Patients with Craniocerebral Injury

Aim:With the study of the nosocomial infectious pneumonia and factors related to it in the patients with head injury,to set up an effective nursing measure for improving the life guality of the patients.Method:Data from the case history of 352 patients with craniocerbral injury were statisticaly analyzed.Result:It was found that,of the 352 cases of patients with craniocerebral enjury,29 cases were found to have nosocomial infectious pneumonia,which accounted for 42.65% of the patients and was closely related to the disturbance duration of consciusness of the patient and to the duration of patient's hospitalization.Conclusion:The nursing staff should realize the importances of the prevention of the nosocomial infectious and take effective steps or measures to control or prevent infectious.
