噪声暴露对造纸作业工人健康影响的调查分析

目的 ]　探讨噪声暴露对造纸作业工人的健康影响 ,为预防和减少造纸企业噪声危害提供依据。　 方法 ]　选择某造纸企业接触噪声作业工人 490名为接触组 ,同时选择不接触噪声和任何有害因素的同单位行政管理人员 2 3 1名为对照组 ,对他们进行血压、心电图、听力测定等健康检查。　 结果 ]　接触噪声作业工人高血压患病率、心电图异常检出率和听力异常检出率均与对照组之间有显著性差异 ,接触组高血压患病相对危险度RR为 5 .0 4,心电图异常检出率RR为 2 .65。　 结论 ]　噪声暴露可能是高血压的危险因素之一 ,且能导致心血管系统、听觉系统的损伤。故造纸工人在现场操作时加强个人防护、缩短接触噪声时间、定期进行健康检查

Analysis on effects of noise exposure to the health of papermaking workers

Objective To explore the effects of noise exposure to the health of papermaking workers and offer evidence for the necessity to prevent and reduce the hazard of noise exposure. 490 papermaking workers who exposed to noise were selected for study group and 231 administration staffs in the same factory who had not exposed to noise and any other hazardous agents were used as control group. Their physical examination including blood pressure, ECG and audition. etc were taken. The detectable rate of hypertension and abnormal ECG and abnormal audition in study group and control group differed remarkably. In study group the relative risk(RR) of hypertension and abnormal ECG was 5.04 and 2.65 respectively. Conclusion] Noise exposure may be a risk factor of hypertension.It can do harm to the cardiovascular system and audition system. Take effective protective measures, reduce exposure time and make regular physical examination are necessary.
