心理护理在健康体检人群中的应用

目的调查分析健康体检中发现疾病者的心理健康状态，为实施心理护理提供理论依据。方法采用随机抽样法选取100名体检发现疾患者为实验组；100名体检正常者为对照组。两组分别进行症状自评量表（SCL-90）测评，将测评结果应用SPSS10．0进行统计学分析。结果实验组SCL-90评分在总分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性症状均分以及躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），统计学差异有显著性意义。结论健康体检发现疾病者，存在明显心理障碍，应给予心理护理，帮助其减轻不良的心理应激反应。

Application of mental nursing in physical examination group

Objective To investigate and analyze the mental health state of the people who were discovered as suffering from certain diseases in physical examination, with the purpose of providing a theoretic basis for implementing mental nursing. Methods Randomly selected 100 people who were discovered as suffering from certain diseases in physical examination as an experiment group and randomly selected 100 people with normal physical exainination results as a control group. These two groups were separately measured and evaluated according to a （SCL-90） form. The measured and evaluated results were statistically analyzed with SPSS10.0. Results In the experiment group, the total points, average points, positive item number, average of positive symptoms as well as somatization, depression, anxiety and phobia factors were found obviously higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Such differences in statistics had obvious significance. Conclusion People discovered as suffering from certain diseases in physical examination have evident mental obstacles. Mental nursing is needed to help thein decrea; unhealthy mental stress reaction.
