奥美拉唑四联法治疗及预防消化性溃疡病复发的研究

目的 观察奥美拉唑四联法对消化性溃疡病的疗效.方法 随机分奥美拉唑四联法(治疗组) 与奥美拉唑三联法(对照组)对比观察, 两组均经6周治疗, 内镜复查溃疡愈合情况.每年复检1～2次, 连续观察1～3年.结果 两组对比溃疡愈合率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而幽门螺旋菌根除率和3年内溃疡复发率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 应用奥美拉唑四联法可有效治疗和降低消化性溃疡病的复发.

Therapeutical effect of omeprazole tetrad on recurrent peptic ulcer

Objective To observe the therapeutical effect of omeprazole tetrad recurrent digestive ulcer.Methods Sixty-seven patients were randomly divided into two groups,omeprazole tetrad therapy group and trilogy therapy group(control group).All subjects accepted 6-week therapy and endoscopic examination was performed to recheck ulcer healing condition.The subjects were rechecked for successive three years,once or twice each year.Results The difference of ulcer healing rate was not significant between the two groups(P>0.05).In contrast,there were statistical differences of Helicobacter pylori eradicated rate and five year ulcer recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole tetrad therapy may treat recurrent peptic ulcer effectively and reduce the recurrent rate of peptic ulcer.
