参麦注射液治疗急性心肌梗死再灌注后损伤33例临床观察

目的观察参麦注射液治疗急性心肌梗死再灌注后损伤的临床疗效。方法将66例患者随机分为治疗组对照组,对照组33例运用尿激酶等西医常规治疗,治疗组33例加用参麦注射液治疗,比较两组患者疗效及相关指标。结果治疗组急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓后心律失常的发生率及持续时间明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,血管再通率、ST段回降及心肌酶峰值提前无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论参麦注射液能有效防治急性心肌梗死再灌注后心律失常。

Treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients with myocardial reperfusion injury by shenmai injection:an observation of 33 Cases

Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenmai injection for Acute Myocardial Infarction patients with Myocardial Reperfusion Injury.Methods 66 cases of Acute Myocardial Infarction were allocated to treatment group（33 cases）and control group randomly.The treatment group were treated by Urokinase and routine treatment,and the control group by Shenmai injection and Urokinase.The symptoms and relevant indexes were observed before and after treatment.Results The rate and duration of arrhythmia after Intravenous thrombolysis of treatment group were less than that of control group respectively（P〈0.05）.At the same time,the rate of coronary revasculariaztion and ST segment depression and premature of myocardial zymogram’s peak systolic weren’t respectively（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Shenmai injection possesses a good curative effect for arrhythmia after myocardial reperfusion of acute myocardial infarction.
