| 摘 要： | 目的在大鼠慢性关节炎模型上,研究关节腔内注射氯胺酮对慢性疼痛的疗效.方法制作大鼠慢性关节炎疼痛模型,经关节腔内注射氯胺酮治疗2周,通过测定疼痛评分、运动评分和血浆谷氨酸含量的变化,研究关节腔内注射氯胺酮对慢性疼痛的治疗效果.结果氯胺酮治疗2周运动评分高于非用药组(P<0.05),疼痛评分低于非用药组(P<0.05),血浆谷氨酸低于非用药组(P<0.05).结论关节腔内注射氯胺酮可缓解慢性关节炎疼痛

| Abstract: | Objective To research the effect of injection of ketamine in joint cavity for the treatment of rat chronic arthritis pain.Methods Injection complete Freund's adjuvant into the right tibio-tarsal joint produced a reliable monoarthritic model.To inject ketamine in joint cavity for the treatment of rat chronic arthritis pain.Evaluate the behavior of rats(arthritic flexion pain test,exercise test) and determine the content Glu in plasma by HPLC.Results After 2-week treatment,scores of arthritic flexion pain test and exercise test were significantly difference between non-treating group and ketamine group(P<0.05),the content Glu in plasma in ketamine group were significantly lower than non-treating group.Conclusion Repeated injections of Ketamine in ankle joint cavity produced analgesia. |
