| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移及预后的关系。方法:用免疫组化法(S-P法)检测86例肺癌病理标本MMP-2表达情况。结果:无淋巴结转移组MMP-2的阳性率为48.8%(24/45),淋巴结转移组MMP-2的阳性率为87.8%(36/41)。统计分析表明MMP-2的表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.01)。MMP-2高表达患者的生存时间低于MMP-2低表达患者(P<0.01)。结论:MMP-2的高表达可预示NSCLC高转移能力及低生存期。

| Abstract: | ve: To inquire the relationship between the expressiorr of matrix metal proteinase-2 (MMP-2) and lymph nodes metastasis and prognosis in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: The immunohistochemical method( S-P method) was used to detect the expression of MMP-2 in 86 pathological specimen of lung cancer. Results:Positive rate of MMP-2 without lymph nodes metastasis was 48.8% (24/45) , the other with lymph nodes metastasis was 87. 8% (36/41). Statistical analysis chemonstrated that the expression of MMP-2 had positive correlation with lymph nodes metastasis ( P < 0. 01). Survival time in patients with lung cancer with high expression of MMP-2 was longer than that in patiets with low expression of MMP-2. Conclusion: The high expression of MMP-2 can mention high metastasis capacity and low survival time in NSCLC. |
