摘    要:目的在不同pH的介质下对硝苯地平缓、控片的释放度进行考察,为合理用药提供依据。方法以不同pH的磷酸盐缓冲液为溶出介质,用紫外分光光度法对4个厂家的硝苯地平缓、控释片进行体外释放度测定和比较。结果不同pH条件下同一缓控片释放速度常数无显著性差异。结论pH变化不改变硝苯地平缓控释制剂的体外释放规律。

Abstract:Objective In order to provide a rationale of drug usage, we studied in vitro dissolubility of slow-release and controlled-release tablet of nifedipine in different pH of dissolution media. Method In vitro dissolubility of nifedipine from different manufactures in different phosphate buffer dissolution media was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotoelectric method. Result There was no significant difference between the dissolution constant of the same slow-release or controlled-release tablet in different pH conditions. Conclusion Changing pH would not affect the dissolution of slow-release and controlled-release tablets of nifedipine.
