市售含对二氯苯防蛀剂对大鼠吸人毒性的研究

目的研究含对二氯苯防蛀剂对大鼠的吸入毒性。方法急性吸入毒性选用60只大鼠（SD），随机分为6组，每组10只，雌雄各半，组距按1．5倍设计剂量系列。亚急性吸入毒性选用大鼠（SD）随机分组，每组10只，雌雄各半。用静式呼吸道染毒法，分别设700、1400、2400mg／m^3剂量染毒，2h／d染毒，阴性对照为空柜。观察动物行为状态，每实验组末次染毒24h后进行血液检测，处死动物，取其肝、肾、脾、肺、心脏称重，计算脏体系数，并取相应的组织制备病理切片。结果大鼠急性吸入毒性‰为8858mg／m^3。血液检测差异无统计学意义；高剂量组肝肾重量增加；病理切片肝细胞浊肿，肾小管上皮细胞肿胀。结论中、高剂量染毒组对大鼠有一定的毒性影响。

Inhalation Toxicity Study on Para- dichlorobenzene Mothball on Rats

Objective To study the inhalation toxicity on para-dichlorobenzene mothball sold in the market on rats. Methods 60 rats were used in acute inhalation toxicity.The dose in every group increased by 1.5 times of the former.In subacute inhalation toxicity experiments,40 rats,male and female in half,were divided into 4 groups randomly according to the dose(700 mg/m~3,(1 400 mg/m~3),2 400 mg/m~3 and negative control),and the rats had inhaled para-dichlorobenzene mothball for 2 hours every day.The action state of the rats were observed,the blood of rats was examined after 24 hours since each group had been treated with para-dichlorobenzene mothball,and its liver,kidney,spleen,lung and heart were weighted and made into pathology slices.(Results The LC_(50) of) acute inhalation toxicity was 8 858 mg/m~3.The blood examination had no difference among them.The weight of its liver and kidney increased in high dose group.Pathology slices showed that the liver cells were cloudy swelling and the renal tubule epitheliums were swelling.Conclusion The middle and high doses of para-dichlorobenzene mothball have certain toxicity to rats.
