菟丝子黄酮对去势雌性大鼠血清雌激素水平和血管平滑肌细胞的影响

目的：观察补肾中药菟丝子的有效成分菟丝子黄酮对老年血管的保护作用，并探讨其作用机制。方法：菟丝子经溶剂提取、聚酰胺柱分离得黄酮提取物。SD雌性大鼠随机分成正常对照组，模型对照组，菟丝子黄酮高、低剂量组及阳性对照组。实验动物按分组造模、给药42d后，观察血清中的雌激素水平和主动脉平滑肌细胞凋亡率的变化。结果：菟丝子黄酮能上调去势雌性大鼠血清雌激素水平（P〈0．01），提高其主动脉平滑肌细胞早期凋亡率（P〈0．01）。结论：菟丝子黄酮通过升高雌激素水平和促进主动脉平滑肌细胞凋亡发挥其对老年血管的保护作用。

Study on the Effects of Flavonoids from Cuscuta Chinensis on Serum E2 and Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells in Ovariectomized Female Rats

Objective: To study the protective effect of Flavonoids from Cuscutae (FC) on blood vessels in old patients and discuss its mechanism. Methods: FC was obtained through solvent extraction and polyamide columnar chromatography. The female SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, FC high dosage group, FC low dosage group and positive control group. The levels of serum E2 and apoptosis rates of vessel smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) were observed after 42 days'treatment in all groups. Results: FC could up-regulate the level of serum E2 (P < 0.01) and increase the early apoptosis rate of VSMCs (P < 0.01). Conclusion: FC can protect the cardiovascular system in old patients through increasing the level of serum E2 and the apoptosis rate of VSMCs.
