| 摘 要： | 目的]研究护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫病人的肢体功能康复的影响。方法]选择住院脑卒中偏瘫病人80例,用随机数字表法分为实验组40例和对照组40例,对照组按常规定期复查,实验组在此基础上进行为期1个月的护理干预,干预前、干预后分别对两组病人瘫痪肢体的运动功能和日常生活能力(ADL)进行评价。结果]干预后实验组瘫痪肢体的运动功能和ADL明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫病人的功能康复具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of cerebral patients with hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 80 cerebral apoplexy patients with hemiplegia were divided into test group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) by adopting random digits table.Patients of control group were rechecked timely as usual.Patients of test group had accepted nursing intervention for 1 month based on the routinely recheck.Then motor function of paralytic extremity and activity of daily living... |
