根痛Ⅰ号浓缩丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

为观察根痛Ⅰ号浓缩丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,将79例腰椎间盘突出症病人随机分为两组,治疗组40例,给服根痛Ⅰ号浓缩丸;对照组39例,给服腰痛宁胶囊.两组均于治疗1个疗程(30天)后进行疗效评定和CT量化评价.结果显示治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为79.5%,Ridit分析,U=0.7709,P＞0.05,统计学无明显差异,但治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组.CT随访共18例(其中治疗组16例,对照组2例)发现,治疗后椎间盘突出物较治疗前都有所减小,(P＜0.01).表明以活血利水、化瘀止痛为治则的根痛Ⅰ号浓缩丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症有确切疗效,并有促进突出椎间盘吸收作用.

THE TREATMENT OF LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISK HERNIA BY CONCENTRATED "GENTONG" NO. 1 PILLS: A Clinical Observation

The objective of the paper is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of concentrated "GENTONG" No. 1 pills (GTP) on lumbar intervertebral disk hernia (LIDH). Seventy-nine LIDH cases were randomly divided into two groups: the treated (n=40 cases) and the control (n=39 cases), which were treated for 30 days (one treatment course) by GTP and by "YAOTONG NING JIAONANG" (Capsules for Lumbago), respectively; the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated by CT quantitative examination. The results showed that the total effective rates of the treated and the control were 87.5 % and 79.5 %, respectively; the Ridit test showed: U=0.7709 and no significant statistical difference (P > 0.05); but the treated had a obvious advantage over the control in the therapeutic effect. The CT follow-up of 18 cases (16 from the treated and 2 from the control) showed the reduction of the hernias compared with those before the treatment (P< 0.01), suggesting that GTP has a definite therapeutic effect on LIDH and functions to promote the absorption of the herniated intervertebral disk.
