地方性砷中毒工作标准探讨

本文分析了我国地方性砷中毒各病使用的工作标准情况，探讨了地方性砷中毒工作标准问题，提出了有关确定病区，临床诊断，防治效果等方面制订标准原则，提出了包括病区确定与划分，临床诊断，治疗，预防等方面的工作标准，以病人临床皮肤病变表现为基础，将定性资料转化为定量资料，用以计算病员砷中毒积分或不同病区砷中毒指数，以便于进行病例间或病区间的横向比较。

Studies on Working Criteria of Endemic Arsenism Control

ndemic arsenism,which usually occurs as a result of excess arsenic intake from drinking water or burn-ing coal-pollution in China,is a new endemic disease. To say it to be new is because the endemic disease hashad only a history of thirteen years in mainland of China. There was no criteria could be used for the endemicdisease as the author investigated the disease in first endemic area of mainland China in 1980. The workingcriteria of endemic arsenism for research and control was researched since that time. In this paper,the authorrecommend a systematic criteria working for endemic arsenism control and research drawn up from the distin-guishing characteristics of the disease studying in epidemiology,clinical medicine and laboratory,etc.The newworking criteria included three parts,affirming endemic area,clinical diagnosis and a standard of curative ef-fect for treatment.The results of clinical demonstration could be quantitated by the working criteria.Accord-ing to the findings of investogation,the arsenism index in an endemic area and the score of each case would becalculated,and used for comparison in patients or different endemic areas.
