氟比洛芬酯联合阿片类药物用于后路脊柱手术术后镇痛的临床观察

目的：探讨氟比洛芬酯联合芬太尼或舒芬太尼用于后路脊柱内固定手术术后镇痛效果。方法：60例行后路脊柱内固定手术患者随机分为2组，每组30例。手术后使用氟比洛芬酯分别联合芬太尼（FF组）或舒芬太尼（FS组）进行镇痛，观察并记录6、24、48h镇痛、镇静和恶心呕吐发生率。结果：两组均可获得满意镇痛效果。FS组24hVAS评分显著低于FF组（P〈0．05）。FS组6h Ramsay评分显著低于FF组（P〈0．05）。FF组恶心、呕吐发生率显著高于FS组（P〈0．05）。结论：氟比洛芬酯联合芬太尼或舒芬太尼均可为后路脊柱手术后患者提供满意的镇痛效果，且联合舒芬太尼的患者更为舒适。

Comparison of analgesic effects of flurbiprofen combined with opioids after posterior spinal surgery

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficiency of flurbiprofen combined with fentanil or sufentanil for postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing posterior spinal surgery.Methods: Sixty patients were randomly allocated to two groups:flurbiprofen and fentanil group(FF group,n=30) and flurbiprofen and sufentanil group(FS group,n=30).Results:Satisfactory analgesic effect was observed in both groups.VAS scores at 24 h and Ramsay scores at 6 h after surgery were significantly lower in FS group compared with FF group(P<0.05).The occurrence rates of nausea and vomiting were significantly higher in FF group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flurbiprofen combined with fentanil or sufentanil can provide satisfactory analgesic effect after posterior spinal surgery,while more comfortable outcome can be found in sufentanil combination group.
