| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨对反复呼吸道感染患儿进行CD3+、CD4+、CD8+淋巴细胞和IgG、IgA、IgM检测的临床意义. 方法]本研究通过检测42例反复呼吸道感染患儿病程初期和恢复期外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+淋巴细胞和免疫球蛋白IgG,IgA、IgM的含量变化,并和30例健康儿童比较.结果]RRI组儿童病程初期和恢复期,与健康儿童组比较,CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+比值均明显降低(P<0.05);RRI组儿童病程初期与恢复期比较,以上几项比值均明显更低(P<0.05).RRI组儿童病程初期和恢复期,与健康儿童组比较,IgG、IgA、IgM含量明显降低(P<0.05);RRI组儿童病程初期与恢复期比较,IgG、IgA、IgM含量均明显更低(P<0.05).结论]RRI患儿存在细胞免疫和体液免疫失调,临床可以通过检测RRI患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+比值和IgG、IgA、IgM含量,作为评价RRI患儿病情严重程度的依据和临床治疗是否有效的指标.
