| 摘 要： | 目的进一步认识老年肺结核的影像学特征。方法收集360例老年肺结核进行分析，结合临床，观察其影像学改变。结果老年肺结核具有：①临床症状不典型；②肺部X线病变范围广泛，且常为多种病灶形态共存；③易发空洞及形成结核球；④并发症多等特点。结论影像检查是发现和诊断老年肺结核的首选方法，对既往有慢性肺部疾病的老年人，定期进行X线检查十分必要，可以为临床早发现、早治疗提供可靠的诊断依据。

| Abstract: | Objectlve Further understanding old age pulmonary tuberculosis of the image learn the characteristic. Methods 360 patients of Pulmonary tuberculosis in Senility. We analyzed the radiological changes on the basis of clinical tests. Results The imaging features of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Senility not typical model; A X line of the lung performance pathological changes scope is extensive and often coexist for various focus appearances; The easy hair of is empty and become the tubercle ball; The complications of waits characteristics more. Conclusion The first method is X- ray examine to find and diagnosis the pulmonary tuberculosis in Senility. It is necessary to inspection the fix a date for Senility that have chronic disease in lung. It can provide reliabie according to find and treat for a long time in clinical. |
