国产弯管形吻合器在经食管床行食管胃主动脉弓上吻合中的应用

目的 探讨用弯管型吻合器经食管床行食管胃主动脉弓上吻合的可行性。方法 剖左胸用弯管型吻合器经食管床行主动脉弓上或胸顶食管胃吻合,同时缩胃。结果 本组38例有36例一次性吻合成功,早期2例失败改为原位修补或弓旁手工吻合,全组患者无吻合口出血、瘘、狭窄,无手术死亡,手术后1个月进普食,无胸胃综合征,无咳嗽时返流。结论 剖左胸用弯管型吻合器经食管床行主动脉弓上或胸顶食管胃端侧吻合同时缩胃是一种切实可行的术式,优点突出,并发症少,有利于提高患者长期生活质量。

The application of the arcual stapler above aortic arches for esophagogastrostomy in esophageal bed

Objective To evaluate the application of the arcual stapler above aortic arches for esopha-gogastrostomy in esophageal bed.Methods Esophagogastrostomy was done in esophageal bed with the arcual stapler above aortic arches through the left posterolateral incision, and the stomach were deminished. Results Anastomosis were done successfully in 36/38 patients. 2/38 cases were fail, and were repaired. There wasn't any bleeding, fistula and stricture in anastomosis,and there wasn't death,thoracic-gastro syndrome and gastroesophageal reflux in the patients. Conclusion The new method has less complications and improves long-term life quality of the patients.
