上海真如镇社区膝骨性关节炎者与体质分类系统综述

主要目的]研究膝骨性关节炎与患者中医体质之间的关系。资料来源]在真如镇社区卫生服务病案室,选取2011年9月至2012年9月真如镇社区卫生服务中心伤骨科门诊患者病历。数据提炼规则及应用方法]根据中华中医药学会《中医体质分类判定标准》进行问卷调查,进行体质辨识分类。研究数据收集包括:年龄、性别、男女人数、关节畸形人数等。数据综合得出结果与结论]此次调查共187例膝骨性关节炎患者,男51例(27.27%,51/187),女136例(72.72%,136/187)女性明显高于男性,男女患病率均随年龄增加呈升高趋势;体质类型、性别比较,女性人数显著高于男性。未来展望]将体质学说应用于膝骨性关节炎防治,可为疾病未发期的预防和己发期的治疗提供理论依据,并通过中医传统养生调摄,调质拒邪、调质防病及调治防变,从而提高其防治效果。
