急性胰腺炎的CT诊断及疗效观察

目的：探讨CT在急性胰腺炎中的表现及CT诊断价值。方法：对临床拟诊的32例急性胰腺炎病人进行CT常规扫描，观察胰腺大小、形态、胰周肾旁筋膜、间隙、胸腹腔情况。结果：患者中，30例表现胰腺弥漫性肿大或局限性肿大，并可伴有胰腺实质改变、胰周改变及（或）出现胸腹腔积液。并经CT诊断和临床治疗证实。结论：急性胰腺炎的CT表现特征具有重要诊断价值，动态观察CT改变，对疗效及预后评定意义重大。

CT DIAGNOSIS AND THERAPEUTIC EFFECT EVALUATION OF ACUTE PANCREATITIS

Objective:To discuss CT manifestations and its diagnostic value in acute pancreatitis.Methods:Thirty-two cases who had primarily been diagnosed as acute pancreatitis were given conventionally CT scanning to observe the size, morphological alterations of the pancreas, as well as the conditions of pararenal fascia and interfascial space surrounding the pancreas and pleuroperitioneal cavity. Result:Among the 32 cases,30 displayed diffuse or localized tumefaction of the pancreas accompanied by textural changes, peripancreatic changes and/or pleuroperitoneal cavity hydrops. All the diagnoses were affirmed by clinical therapeutic effect.Conclusion:CT findings of acute pancreatitis have important diagnostic values. Dynamic observation of alterations on CT scans is essential to therapeutic outcome and prognostic assessment.
