张家港口岸媒介生物调查报告

摘    要:本文报告了1998年3月至1999年2月张家港口岸媒介生物种群组成、分布和季节消长规律。共捕获成年鼠302只,隶属2科3属4种,鼠类平均密度为1.46%;获成蝇标本37855只,隶属4科26属46种,蝇类平均密度为77.89只/笼·天,蝇类活动高峰期在5、7月份;获成蚊标本1418只,隶属2亚科2属3种,蚊类平均密度为14.54只/人工小时,蚊类活动高峰期在7月份;获蚊子幼虫222只,幼虫密度为2.27只/瓢,查盛水容器192个,容器指数为3.13%,查房190间,布雷图指数和房屋指数均为0;未发现蟑螂。媒介生物分布与其孽生环境有密切关系,蚊蝇季节消长与气象条件变化关系密切,这些为张家港口岸控制媒介生物提供了科学依据。

Abstract:This paper reports the observation on the population constitution and distribution of Vector Biology and its seasonal variation from March 1998 to February 1999 at Zhangjiagang Port. 302 Rats samples are catched in the local during a year. According to classification they belong to 4 species, 4 genera, 2 families. The density of synanthropic rats averages 1.46% . 37855 Files samples are collected in the olcal during a year. According to classification they belong to 46 species, 26 genera, 4 families. The density of synanthropic flies averages 77.89 flies per cage every day. The peak period of synanthropic flies is from May to July. 1418 Mosquitoes samples are collected in the local during a year. According to classification they belong to 3 species, 2 genera, 2 families. The density of synanthropic mosquitoes averages 14.54 mosquitoes every hour. The peak period of synanthropic mosquitoes is July. 222 Larvea of mosquito samples are collected in the local, the density of larva of mosquito are 2.27 larvae per ladle. 192 Water container are inspected, Container Index are 3.13% . 190 Rooms are inspected, Breteau Index and Room Index is zero. Cockroach dont discovered, The population distribution of Vector Biology is bound up with breeding places and characteristic for Vector Biology. The seasonal fluctuation for synanthropic mosquitoes and synanthropic flies is bound up with the change of climate. These results will provide scientific basis for controlling Vector Biology.
